This 50+ Dance Attack class is a workshop run class, payable upfront in monthly blocks at £4 per class. Do you want to feel young and alive. Start your week by dancing to beautiful Latin, Bollywood, belly dancing and salsa tunes. Your instructor will guide you through the simple moves.

Wear comfortable clothing and some trainers and bring a towel and a drink with you.

Young Ones 50+
Tuesday 10.15 - 11.30am @ King's Stanley Village Hall

This 50+ exercise class has its emphasis on fun. It is ideal for the active senior or for those returning to some activity. You will exercise in a safe environment with professional instructors who have been working with senior groups for many years.

This is no ordinary keep fit class! We use great music and a variety of equipment to raise your heart rate and burn calories.

Wear comfortable clothing and some trainers and bring a towel and a drink with you.

Please remember to bring your own mat with you to this class.

A free cup of tea or coffee and a friendly chat in a relaxed social atmosphere is an added extra at the end of your class.

Fitness Pilates

This class will blast your body into shape. We use a variety of equipment and Pilates style exercises to strengthen your arms, legs, back, stomach and your joints.

Please remember to bring your own mat with you to this class.
